COMMUNITY & GIVING BACK
At Vertesc Ltd, we believe that success isn't just measured by the work we do, but also by the positive difference we can make beyond our industry.
Giving back to our community has always been important to us. What began as personal fundraising has now grown into an opportunity to support worthwhile causes through Vertesc Ltd, bringing people together and helping make a difference.
Making a difference, personally and through VertEsc
WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
2021-2024 | Supporting Demelza
Before establishing Vertesc Ltd, our director spent several years transforming his family home into an elaborate Halloween attraction, with decorations, props and displays personally designed and handmade.
From 2021 to 2024, the displays attracted thousands of visitors, with local and national media covering the event. What began as a personal project grew into a much-loved community tradition, bringing families together while raising funds for Demelza, a local children's hospice charity.
Over those four years, more than £10,000 was raised to support Demelza and the vital care it provides to children and their families.
Establishing Vertesc Ltd has created new opportunities to support
community events and causes that matter to us.

VERTESC ON THE GREEN
2026 | Rays of Sunshine Golf Day
In 2026, Vertesc Ltd proudly supported a local fundraising golf day held at Gillingham Golf Club in aid of Rays of Sunshine, a charity dedicated to granting wishes for seriously ill children.
As part of our commitment to supporting worthwhile causes, Vertesc sponsored ten holes around the course and covered the entire day's costs for every member of our team, ensuring their participation expenses did not reduce the money being raised for the charity.
The event brought together 74 players across 19 teams for a fantastic day of golf, fundraising and community spirit. It was a pleasure to be involved, both as a sponsor and as participants.
With the golf day now set to become an annual event, we hope to encourage even greater involvement next year, particularly from fellow engineers, contractors and companies across the lift and escalator industry.
We look forward to continuing our support, bringing more people together and helping make each year's event even more successful.
Supporting local events is something we intend to keep
building on as Vertesc Ltd grows.
